Park Rules - Finnish Style

Don't you just love this, what a difference from Russia (see 20th August), by telling you what you can do, you know instinctively what you can't.
Odd thought that a park notice in Helsinki is in English.
There was another one in Finnish a little way away but I've no idea if it said the same thing.
While in Helsinki they experienced the worst summer thunderstorm in many years - 7000 lightning strikes in the Helsinki area in one hour! Not a lot of people know that.
