Out with the old, in with the new

I treated myself to a new pair of running shoes today.

My old ones I bought about 4 years ago! It was for the first Moonwalk we did, which I think was 4 years ago?

I remember getting my gait analysed when I bought them at a really small running shop in Stirling and the shoes were fab straight away. Seemingly I overpronate, so I need a shoe with lots of suppport?

I have tried to track down another pair the same, but they don't make them anymore! So I went to The Running Company in Bridge of Allan for some advice, and I came away with these beauties!

I can't believe I'm so excited about a new pair of running shoes!
