School Fairs

Today I went back to my elementary school to volunteer for the school fair. It was so weird walking in those hallways again; I felt like a giant! Every room that used to look huge is now so small. I even saw my 2004 class's picture still hung on the hallway wall, but only two more years and it'll be taken off. Crazy how fast time flies. All my previous teachers, who were pretty young, are all married with children now. Makes me feel so old!!

Anyway, I volunteered in the face painting room. When I was younger, I always loved getting my face painted at the school fair and it was a great experience to actually be the painter this time. I did everything from seahorses, rainbows, and masks to kitties and soccer balls. Here is a blip of my painting "station."

I saw my 5th grade teacher with a Nikon D90 and I got really excited yet envious. :)
