Bittersweet Chocolate and Almond Cake

My 11 year old son, who usually shies away from doing anything in the kitchen, baked this cake last night. I guided him, but he did most of the work. I wanted to photograph him and the cake together, but he was too shy.

It's an almost flourless chocolate cake, intensely flavoured, and dead easy to make. Use the best quality dark chocolate you can find. The recipe is here. Enjoy!
