Look what I found in the freezer

Looking through the freezer today to see which leftovers I could eat up for my dinner tonight (shepherd's pie is what I ended up with) when I came across these profiteroles that I had made a while ago and frozen the ones that were left over. What a treat! There's enough left for tomorrow too.
