Red on the Green

This is definitely an opportunistic blip.

While driving home I stumbled across a local antique car group gathering. They had their cars parked on the green beltway awaiting a quorum so that their meeting could begin. Then it was a group drive and dinner.

This is a 1939 Chevrolet 2 door Coupe, or at least a part of one, I think. I lost track of the car types as I was rushing around. I was on the run, to get to dinner myself.

If anyone knows the identity of the vehicle for sure, please chime in.
