Daffodil in the morning
As I said before, I love daffodils ... the earliest ones have now set seed, but our main clumps are still in full bloom (and the latest ones haven't even opened yet) ... out looking for a blip this morning and liked this - its so pale against the bright blue morning sky too.
Anyway - if you have daffs in your garden please treat them well - don't cut them down or bend the leaves over and tie them up with rubber bands - just dead head them after the bloom goes and give them at least six (I give them 8) weeks to die back naturally and build up strength in the bulb and they'll reward you with great flowers next year.
Off over to Stavanger tomorrow - volcanic ash cloud permitting of course - wonder what I can find to blip there ...
