I don't care if Monday's blue....

I shouldn't complain - this is my office, that is me wearing pyjamas and waving into the webcam. I'm very lucky to be able to roll out of bed, grab my coffee and krispies and settle myself down for the day in my own home. An article I once read in the daily's summed up self-employment perfectly; "You own more pyjamas than proper clothes, and have a very good relationship with the postman". Well, I own over 20 pairs of PJs and my postie is called Geoff. I know that because we exchanged Christmas gifts last year....

The article failed to mention the obvious downsides, such as the proximity of the fridge and the temptation of an afternoon snooze. I have gained a shed-load of weight since starting the business in 2006, and feel pretty rotten if I don't get at least an hours shut-eye between snacks!

Well, on the subject of work, I best go and do some before my boss catches me on Blip. Oh hang on, thats me isn't it...

Rest assured, I shall give myself a good scalding later.
