Painting the countryside yellow II

I almost need to put on my sunglasses to look at this blip! The countryside is so colourful at the moment with great swags of bright yellow and the greenery is looking so vibrant.

At the top of the hill is Racton Tower, a local folly. I don't know if its ever been inhabited or why is was built. I do fantasize about doing a "Grand Designs" job on it as it has commanding views towards Chichester Harbour, the Solent and to the Isle of Wight beyond. Alas, it'd be like writing an open cheque to do it, I can but dream....
