A cappuccino without espresso

I know, it's got nothing to do with the picture but I have to tell the tale.

So I went for a coffee at the huge Seattle corporation and ordered a short cappuccino (for those not in the know - you can actually order something smaller than a 'tall' if you don't want do drink a huge vat).

The milk foam looked remarkably white but I thought that I just got a remarkably talented barrista but upon further inspection I discovered that my small mug contained only milk...
