Shocker!

Work organised an Election party in a local watering hole, but I didn't feel up to going. But after a couple of hours of kicking back at home, and a dose of online chit-chat, I motivated myself to go along before the exit poll was announced. Being an hour ahead, this meant that I therefore didn't go out until just before 11 and arrived at the end of a pub quiz. There was an excellent turnout of expats and Poles alike, who battled it out for the alcoholic prizes before the results started to come in. It looked as though it had been a good night.

I didn't stay long, but I got a blip out of it!
