Im not a Delia or a Nigella. Im a Careyannie.

My fave pud is a pavlova. I made one yesterday at my sisters. It was barely cold when the softly wipped cream and raspberry's and grated bitter chocolate (70%) were quickly strewn about on it.

Sadly this is the last slice, with cornish clotted cream ice cream. Tis more Eton Mess than pavlova!

As this is also the fave pud of a very lovely friend of mine this blip is for her.
