This 45-year old cruiseliner has been at anchor off Sandwick, just outside Stornoway, since the early hours of the morning. Its complement of passengers has been whizzed round the island on buses (being charged ten times the going rate), others have rented a car at a fraction of the cost of the bus tour.

Another cruiseliner, the Hebridean Princess, was docked alongside pier no 3.
