Morning!!

My morning so far......
Scrape ice off van, car says temp is 1deg!
Obviously this means its a great day for a outdoor dip....
Swim in lake 6.15 (didnt seem much colder than saturday, but the 'oh it's feels like I'm eating a very cold ice cream' headache was still there at first)
but......home with tea and porridge for 7.30.
It was a 'cool' start to the day in many ways, we had the lake to ourselves and the sun was shining!
