Periwinkle

I've mislaid my new camera, so have had to go back to blipping my iphone pics. I think the lens is a bit smeary, so this wasn't the clearest of images. I sharpened it up and gave it a filter in Photoshop.

I love periwinkles. They remind me of the walk home from school when I was a child - we had to walk a mile and a half up a dirt track. Very few cars ventured down that road so you were usually only passed by the occasional tractor. The verges were full of vetch and hairbells and various daisies. There was an avenue of horse chestnuts about halfway along with violets, primroses and periwinkles growing along its banks.
