Climb8 life in Scotland

Cheese grater or

Merioneth paradoxides, 2005-2007

described as
"a permanent work that investigates the negative space of three dimensional form"
Now what does that mean?

IS it a giant cheese grater or ?Trilobite? in stainless steel.

Your not even encouraged to walk around this steel and concrete installation, a fence prevents this, but the able bodied may climb the fence if they wish, but I'm not suggesting that you do.

A wet day today, at last has meant a flying visit was in order, our 16 year old asked whats that ? Its a very expensive piece of installation art I informed her
What else could it have brought to Barmouth ?

It can be seen at the Orielton Woods in just outside Barmouth on the way to Dollegallau, adjacent the inner harbor, a small lay by allow for limited parking.

see the artists website for an insight to his work,
Jim Sadler
