Summer is on the Way

We didn't quite make it to 70 degrees today, but the warm sunshine made for a lovely day.

I'm not sure what exactly this is supposed to be - I think maybe a flower? But I really love the colors. This is atop a pole that is approximately flagpole height, so I couldn't help but get under it :)
