Wood sculpture

Alongside the road we came across a few sculptors. They do the carvings on site and are a very friendly bunch. The wood they obtain from Namibië. The African masks are about eight feet in height and there are also huge elephants and giraffes. Fortunately there are hundreds of small carvings, so we bought a rhinoceros to keep our two larger ones ( carved out of stone) company.
