Every day in the last three hundred days, some of them full of joy and some of them full of sadness, I know I have had at least one moment to reflect on my life beneath these mountains. Blip has given me a new outlook, and for that I am eternally grateful to those who work so hard to run this fantastic site.

This is taken just a short distance from our house. Our area is full of wood and metal workshops. All family run and handed from father to son. There is such a sense of work being a part of life, people live above their workshops in many cases and I love to hear the sounds of industry about me during the day. And long may it remain so.
