thats right folks, another day and some more DIY. had my able bodied assistant with me today though, and why not?..........its her room after all.
got to give her credit though, at no point did she break anything, touch anything she shouldn't or lean up against a wet wall. this is surely worthy of a footnote in the history of man. i mean a day spent doing DIY and painting, with my daughter acting like my shadow and yet somehow not one disaster. you would at least expect to be washing paint out of the family dog or sitting in caualty because she moved the saw trying to be helpful.
all in all quite a fun day, despite the lack of contact with the outside world.

question: at which point does this become child slave labour?
