Growing Veg - the anticipation

Inspired by the TV programmes or the cost savings? I think not the latter. Seed packets are the easy bit - we then have the compost, the special planters . This is quite exciting. Will we be eating fresh salads this summer, or once again resort to the vacuum packed 'fresh' produce from our supermarkets?
