Coney Island

We started the day with a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge in the most glorious weather. It's become a lot more popular since I first did it before several years ago and there were hundreds of people on the go. After having lunch with an old friend we then headed down to Coney Island, where we spent the rest of the afternoon, including sampling the famous hotdogs, riding the Spook-A-Rama, winning a prize on one of the fairground stalls, and visiting the museum and the Circus Sideshow.
