by the harbour

An early morning walk proved lucky as it was the sunniest time of the day. Scarborough seafront is at it's best early in the day, clear light, fresh air, and very few people about.
This is a collection of trawler fishing nets, rope and chains, seen on the harbour side. I doubt the fisherman made this composition specially for a photo...!
