A spot of colour...

in grey times. Although the sun's shining today it has been a bit of a drab time recently, what with being unwell and all.

Today was a welcome break from that, as I had a lovely long catch-up with my dear friend S, whom I haven't seen for ages as she's been so busy with work and all the things she has to juggle in her hectic life. Her old dog Timmy recently indicated to her that it was now his time to be helped to that big doggy afterlife in the sky, where we would both like to believe his spirit is now joyfully running as wild and free as when he was a pup, all pain left behind. I got that blip of him printed and framed, and gave it to her after a lovely mooch round the shops and lunch in Lark Lane, Liverpool. She cried, but was happy to have it.

RIP Timmy, a great and loyal friend.
