Mouse!

When we arrived in Kirby Hill, one of the locals in the pub asked if we'd seen the mice yet? He said that there were 6 of them. We had a hunt when we got back but didn't spot anything. The log book in the house also had many comments about the mice.... One of the entries left a clue about where to look and suddenly we spotted them!

Each chair and the table had one crawling up the leg.

Apparently it is the trademark of Robert Thomspson furntiure.
