Chocolate Cake is Hard Work...

This chocolate cake took about 3 hours to make in total and cost about six quid to make. I'd have been cheaper going and buying one!!

My colleague brought in her GI Diet book in last week and I was keen to see what a chocolate cake that was considered good for 'rapid weight loss tasted like.

Apparantly, rubbish.

But it's a damn good photo!!
