Mmmmm, pie!

I decided to make a pie for a change, a nice summery style pie with light Filo pastry. The filling is Feta cheese, fresh spinach and sundried tomatoes. It tastes as good as it looks, in my opinion at least.

We ate it still slightly warm with a big salad, it will be nice cold tomorrow for lunch and I think it would make great picnic or lunchbox food too.

I'll certainly be making it again sometime :-)
