History

This is a small part of 'the Great or St. Bavo church' in Haarlem, my hometown. A young Mozart played the organ centuries ago. The floor of the late gothic church exists of 1500 tombstones and the ceiling is almost completely made of wood.

Although baptized I'm not a religious person, but my son of three was curious so I showed him the 'big building', to see whats inside. He was very impressed, but didn't understand what it was made, built for or used for. (Don't we all, nowadays...)

He liked the sound of the organ though.
