Clematis

The beautiful seed heads of the clematis develop from the flowers into a irregular circle of almost wirelike antenna. The seed pods vary in size but almost always are similiar in color. When the sun catches them, they can look like spun gold; not going to happen today, as it is pouring with rain with intermittent thunderstorms.
Well, it's Monday. Aren't Mondays are just a terrible way to spend 1/7th of your life?
