Blipping in the sunshine

Today the sun made a welcome return and me and little miss spent a lovely afternoon pottering around the garden complete with a miniature wheelbarrow and garden tools to boot. After a few hours of digging up things that really ought not to have been dug up and leaving things that ought to be but look pretty, we popped down the road for a friend's 1 year old daughter's birthday tea.

By the time we got back hubby had arrived home so I grabbed a few minutes peace in the garden with my netbook and a can of cold pepsi - albeit precariously perched on the rather flimsy table and chair combo which i'm sure is not meant for adult bottoms!

A lovely end to my long weekend which has left me feeling refreshed and ready for work tomorrow - looking at the weather forecast the sun is gonna hang around for the rest of the week which will be nice as i'm off to Cardiff on Thursday to see Westlife.
