My first ever batch of rhubarb jam :0)

The rhubarb just keeps growing & growing on the allotment so thought I'd turn my hand to jam.

I remember my mum making strawberry jam when I was little but still had to phone her to clarify the 'setting point' technique. Luckily she was in when needed!

Still got lots of rhubarb in the fridge so can see that I will cooking for most of the week. Still can't complain though, thinking about the state of my bank account at the mo its good to have access to free stuff! Damn that volcanic ash...
