Santé!

Jean et Cristelle have returned from Saskatchewan where Jean finished the first year of his Master's. They had been there 3 months, working with bisons.

They are only here for a few days as they have to move to Québec City to return to regular school. Tonight was the one that they had reserved to have supper with us. They are both very good at cooking food, so they did again in marvelous fashion. The weather was so beautiful, we had supper outside by the fire until 11pm! It was incredible.
