Oasis

This is where I was at 9am today - eagerly awaiting some fairy godmother to wave a magic wand and take away the back pain I've been suffering from (on and off) for the last 20 or so years.

Instead I was met by a girl young enough to be my daughter who told me I have a compressed spine (which is causing me sciatica and inflaming the nerves and muscles/ligaments in my lower back) and it can be fixed with a few sessions of physiotherapy.

We'll see - first proper session next Thursday!
