Sunlight on the moon

Walking back home from dining at the Spice Merchant tonight I remarked to my friend Richard II how marvelously light the evening sky was despite the lateness of the hour, it being about 9:20pm.

Having said thus I whipped out my trusty equipment and captured the last of the setting sun as it illuminated the crescent moon hanging there in the sky as it was.

Streetlights, blue sky and dark shapes are what I love about nightblipping. Thank you, and goodnight.
