if they can make penicillin......

I came home today from a weekend away and discovered this container in my room. I opened the container because I could not remember what was in it. And, surprise, it is old moldy rosemary! This is what happens when you leave rosemary in a closed container for about three weeks.

I brought this home a couple of weeks ago and set it on my desk. Well as days went by things, books, papers, etc. got stacked and covered the rosemary container. Tonight I moved some things around and came across the container. Rather than tossing out the moldy rosemary I shot it. I think it made some beautiful photographs. The white lacey mold reminds me a little of snow. It's kinda peaceful looking at it. Don't ya think?
