Peaceful

My son and I made an early morning trek to Waller Mill Reservoir, rented a paddle boat for a couple of hours, and enjoyed our time exploring. We brought along a thermos of coffee, a couple of mugs, and strawberries on toast for breakfast. Sunshine, shade, our cameras flashing at everything we saw there...including a pretty long and speedy snake swimming in the water...made for a wonderful couple of hours together. Too bad my daughter-in-law had to work and missed out on the fun. (Thank goodness for the long arms of my son...who was my guest blipper on this self pic of us in the paddle boat)
