MMmmmmm back to it.

After 6 weeks of not having a drop of my beloved, I can confidantly say I am now back up to just the 1 ltr a day, as apposed to 2.5ltrs.

I see this as a huge success as it has tought me that I have no will power as far as caffeine is concerned and that I don't need to bother going cold turkey again!
