Gratulere med dagen!!

Today was a big day for Norway and Norwegians as it marked the signing of the constitution, we don't really have anything similar to it. Most norwegian women will wear their traditional Norwegian bunads and most men will dress in suits. we met in West Parliament Square on high street and had a police escorted march to princes street gardens where we sung the national anthem and a norwegian hymn and ate ice cream and sat in the sun! We then went to the pub before all having dinner together. It was beautiful weather and a brilliant day! Hurra!
