Flying (backblip)

Yaaay after 2 previous attempts at getting this elusive balloon trip, we finally managed it. The flight was delayed untill 7pm and it was well worth the wait. The weather was just sublilme! So it was on a beautiful evening we floated gracefully up over the fair city of Perth and drifted off in the direction of Fowlis.

I have to say the wuality of the light looking down at things was totally diffirent so what it was on the ground. I think the thing I liked most was the silence, perforated only by the odd moo and the occassional meeeh or woof and to be flying higher than the birdies ! well that was magic.

I have had dreams where I am flying through the air since I was a child with always the worry of how I might land. Well the flying bit was exactly like my dreams it was scary how accurate, the landing bit however was as smooth if not smoother than some hairy landings I have had with Loganair!

Can't praise the pilot enough and the icing on the cake was that he was drop dead georgeous, yes I can still admire! just not touch!
