Driller Thriller

I made an appointment today to see the dentist about my broken tooth. It turns out I have two broken teeth and have to have another 45 minute session in the chair.

What is so terrifying about the drill? I have to say my dentist is very nice and reassuring but when he turns that drill on I start to feel uncomfortable.
