This is Ait Benhaddou (I'm sure Abu Benhaddou was a name for a man in a story that my grandad made up C1977).

It is a beautiful UNESCO listed heritige site Kasbah town in Morocco and quite stunning to visit.

Actually it is MOSTLY a beautiful etc etc....see yon front gate?
It's not exactly real...it's apparently one that was built for Michael Douglas to drive that plane through a the end of Jewel in the Nile, but then someone else said it was build for Gladiator so take your pick.

Cool place regardless.
