Silver Creamer

A very old sterling silver cream pitcher...


Caution Tech Stuff: I shot it in a large 3 quart glass baking dish filled with water. I placed the pitcher on top of a spray paint can top so it was out of the water. I could not get good ripples in the water which is what I was trying for. I tried some power tools with no luck and ended with my fingers in the water.

Adding all the different light layers and then removing the edges of the glass dish was too much hand painting. I should have cut my losses and shot something else but one hates to trash time already spent. I learned a lot for next time. Not all experiments work out and this one was a bomb...
