Brigid 2

Brigid left today with her touring partner and dulcimer player Butch who flew in to meet her this morning. It's a shame we won't get the chance to catch a gig this time around. Brigid is an astounding musical saw player, and as you can see from this portrait, has a lovely smile. Hope to catch her again soon. Today's been a day of frustrating attempts to find work, hard decisions and difficult songwriting sessions. Hope tomorrow's roadtrip to our gig in Bournemouth and the bright promise of a gig at our favourite pub The Square and Compass down in Dorset will make me feel cheerful again!
