Yellow Flower

You know that intense light that briefly breaks through the clouds on an overcast and rainy day? I was lucky enough to be out with my camera today when the clouds briefly parted and highlighted ground nearby. I was along the waterfront and one of the bluffs was covered by long grass interspersed with small groups of these yellow and orange flowers. Part way up the bluff I noticed this flower as it was lit from above and from my perspective the light made the petals glow, highlighted their symmetrical pattern. Shortly after I captured this image, the sky clouded over again and the rest of the day was filled with rain.
