Diamond in the Rough?

Spent the day running errands...including getting a crisp white dress shirt and black shoes for Loren's elementary school graduation...sniff, sniff. Target abused my wallet again, darn that store! I went in for a couple things and had to end up going back for a cart after remembering several other things I needed. After the usual daily activities...laundry, dishes, homework, etc....it was off to Liam's game. He continued to perfect his new skill out on the field...bubble blowing with his Big League Chew. He hit well tonight, but his main focus seemed to be the size of the bubbles :D After feeding the kids a load of snacks in the stands...I was off to small group. When I got home tonight, I remembered I hadn't gotten a blip photo for the day. While going into the boys rooms to sneak a kiss on their sleeping faces, I saw my blip photo opportunity. It was Liam's newest prized possession, his 'diamond' he got from the gift shop on his caverns field trip he took with his class last week. He carefully placed this treasure in his daddy's old wallet gift box. It made me smile to see it on his dresser cropped open for all to view. He mentioned a couple days ago that if it was real, he'd cut off the top chunk and buy us a new house with it. :)
