Sunny days and Barbeques
It's been a lovely day down here in Cumbria. I've been killing time this morning whilst we waited to find out when The Boy would need collected from the station. I'd hate to give you the impression that my mother had nettles growing in her garden so I most definitely didn't spend the morning in marigolds pulling them up. Equally I didn't take secetares and hack back the over grown holly bush/tree either.
After doing a couple of errands in town and collecting The Boy, we set about preparing for a barbeque in the new fire pit The Parents had bought. We had Chippy round to join us in our alfresco dining experience. After dinner he met Milo and got this great shot.
I'd got this shot of the house martins building their nest in the morning. Both Chippy and Clickychick attempted in the evening but were defeated by the haze of smoke from the freshly stoked barbeque.
