Royal British Legion Village

Today I was on a tour of the Royal British Legion Village, seeing all the wonderful work that it carried out there by RBLI. As I walked through the garden of a care home for ex-service men and women I saw this stunning poppy in full bloom. It was so poignant, with its delicate petals blowing in the breeze, a symbol of this organisation for so many years. How fitting that in a place everyone associates with poppies with pins attached there is this beautiful 'real' version.
