Nursery Rhymes...

Ever thought about the negativity in nursery rhymes?

With Bethany reaching toddlerhood, we got a new Play@Home book from which I got the playdoh recipe. It also contains a few songs and nursery rhymes for singing with your toddler. Tam was flicking through it and we got to realizing that there's a lot of tragedy in them.

Humpty Dumpty fell off a wall...
Ring a' Ring o' Roses is about the plague...
Rock a bye baby fell out the tree...
Jack and Jill fell down the hill...
