Hainanese Chook
I decided to make Hainanese Chicken Rice for lunch today. It needs a bit of prep time but it is always worth the trouble since it comes out as a complete meal. You start with a chicken stuffed with herbs and spices and then cooked in a broth. Then you boil rice using the broth and made fragrant with more herbs.
