Made With Love (and 479kCals)

I just bought this cake to eat with a cuppa out in the sunshine. I noticed it was 479kCals for the entire cake! Has cake always been this calorific? This is a quarter of my calorie intake for one day! I have decided to eat my staple 175kCal chocolate covered marzipan bar instead. I will offer this hefty cake to the OH as he can take an extra 479kCals more than me. : )
